Find a carer
In 2016, our Founder Ian Rajan was in desperate need of a trusted carer for his Aunt Julie. Her reluctance to receive care only added to the time pressure he faced whilst also working and with his own family, not to mention several hours of travel each way to help her. What they needed was a professional, reliable carer that they could choose and with the personality to cope with a formidable woman. Aunt Julie was a retired Matron of 30 years at Greenwich Hospital and did not cope well with lateness, different faces coming in and in her mind, incompetence. The right carer would also be his eyes and ears and become a part of the family. He wanted to visit as her nephew, rather than her crisis support or sole carer.
With over 1000 seakr care professionals in our community across England, Scotland and Wales, we will match you with a culturally and personality appropriate seakr carer from our short list of hand picked local, vetted, trained and insured carers that work together for you. They provide visiting day and night time care as well as 24/7 live in care on your terms. Your carers, always there when you need them.
